Deepika Saini

Deepika holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and have extensive experience in mental health research, including my recent work as a Research Associate at De Montfort University, Leicester. With expertise in mental health literacy, cultural sensitivity, and resilience-building, she has contributed to projects focused on mental health support for South Asian students, community organizations, and faith communities in diverse settings. Additionally, her past roles include positions as a Teaching Assistant in Wales, supporting SEN students, and as a Project Officer at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences in Bangalore, where she focused on the impacts of climate change on mental health.

She is passionate about developing and implementing mental health interventions that bridge cultural gaps, improve social connectedness, and enhance wellbeing.
