Dhriti Mittal
Research Coordinator
Dhriti is a mental health researcher with a Bachelor's and Master's in psychology from the University of Delhi. She has experience in developing and evaluating interventions for young people and adolescents, focusing on issues such as depression, anxiety, and suicide. Currently, she is working on the It’s Ok To Talk and Metropolis projects at Sangath, which aim to enhance mental health support for youth in India. She is also the author of the DIYouth Advocacy Toolkit, designed to empower youth leaders in low- and middle-income countries, funded by Comic Relief. Her long-term goal is to make mental health care more accessible and relevant to young people through innovative approaches. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, exploring new food, and watching her favourite shows.
