Kriti Sinha

Kriti is a mental health researcher based at Sangath in India. She has a background in psychology, and has worked with various national and international organisations such as UCLA, Recovery Research Institute and BHEL on research projects related to youth mental health, substance use, and intimate partner violence. Her primary research interest centers on youth mental health in India, with a focus on exploring brief interventions aimed at enhancing well-being of young people. Outside of her professional endeavours, she enjoys swimming, journaling and cooking.
