Dr. Sneh Kapoor, PhD is an experienced academician and therapist. With over a decade of experience, she currently holds the position of Co-founder at Mann Neeti—an emerging center dedicated to providing comprehensive psychological services and training. She is also a consultant for Curriculum and Training Design at a USAID–IYF project, focusing on life skills development for Ethiopian youth.Dr. Kapoor's professional journey is marked by a commitment to mental health awareness, particularly emphasizing education and sensitisation. She actively addresses the disparities in accessing mental healthcare, focussing on innovative outreach strategies and community-based campaigns for capacity building. Driven by her passion for inclusivity, she advocates for gender-sensitive and culturally-informed models of mental health and wellbeing, while promoting psychological wellbeing practices. Dr. Kapoor completed her doctoral research on developing a self-help approach to managing obsessive compulsive disorder, the first of its kind in India. Her therapeutic philosophy centers around transdiagnostic work, prioritizing systemic understanding over diagnostic labels, and fostering inclusive practices.
